WooCommerce Support and Setup Service

ödeme | kargo | stok | sipariş
✓ Store flow running clean

WooCommerce support covers the setup of your WordPress-based store, payment and shipping integration, product import, and the ongoing technical support that keeps the order flow running. Integration with payment gateways and carriers, VAT and invoicing settings are all in scope. Delivery is verified with a test order placed on a real card.

// Who is WooCommerce support for?

WooCommerce support is for businesses adding sales to a WordPress site, or running a store where payment, shipping and order problems keep coming up. Setting up a store is not just installing a plugin; the payment provider, shipping calculation and tax settings have to work together, and when one of them fails the order is abandoned halfway. If any of the following sounds familiar, you are on the right page.

  • Products are on the site but the payment gateway connection could not be set up
  • Shipping is calculated wrongly in the cart or does not appear at all
  • Order emails do not reach customers and stock tracking is confused
  • You are moving to WooCommerce from another platform (Shopify, a local hosted platform, a spreadsheet)

We apply the same process to a 10-product boutique and a 5,000-product catalogue; only the import time changes.

// What is included and what is not

The service comes in two forms: a one-off setup project or monthly store support. The table below lists what each includes and what stays outside, line by line. You sign the payment and carrier contracts yourself; we give commission-free, independent advice on which providers to choose and we say so from the start.

Marketplace integrations are quoted separately; the product-mapping workload varies by store.

// How does it work and how long does it take?

A setup project takes 5 to 8 business days for a typical store; product count and the number of integrations set the duration. Every step has a defined output and delivery is by test order; the store is not considered delivered until an order, a cancellation and a refund have been tried. On monthly support, problems that break the order flow get a response within 4 hours.

01

Pre-check (1 day)

Product structure, payment and shipping providers, tax status and the existing site are documented

02

Installation and settings (1 to 2 days)

WooCommerce, currency, VAT, order statuses and email templates are set up

03

Integrations (2 days)

Payment, carrier and invoicing connections are set up and verified on the provider side

04

Product import (1 to 3 days)

Products, variations, stock and images are imported and verified against a checklist

05

Testing and delivery (1 day)

Order, cancellation and refund are tried on a real card; the delivery report is written

// How is the price determined?

Three variables set the price: number of products and variations, number of integrations, and whether it is a new build or an existing site. A 50-product store with one carrier and one gateway and a 3,000-variation store with two gateways do not carry the same workload, so we quote after a pre-check rather than from a fixed list. The pre-check is free and the quote is fixed once it is done.

Delivery does not happen until the test order succeeds. Monthly support has no contract; you can stop with one month's notice. The first month of support after a setup project is free.

// Results we have delivered

The three cases below represent different store problems. We do not share client names without permission, so sector and scale are given instead; figures come from Zep Bilisim delivery reports and the store panel. In all three the problem was not in the store's appearance but in the payment, shipping or email layer, invisible from outside.

  • Cosmetics brand, 300 products — Shipping was charged at a flat rate instead of by weight; a volumetric rule was set up and the monthly shipping loss closed
  • Food producer — 1,200 products with variations were migrated from Shopify, old addresses redirected and organic traffic preserved
  • Spare-parts retailer, 4,000 products — Order emails were landing in spam; authenticated SMTP was set up and delivery reached 100%
The only thing that proves a store works is a completed order. That is why we deliver with a real-card test order, not a screenshot.

// The team behind the work

The work is carried out by Caner Zep Çelik, founder of Zep Bilisim. As founder and technical consultant he has worked on WordPress infrastructure, e-commerce integrations and payment systems since 2020 and has been involved in more than 100 projects. He verifies the payment and carrier integrations on the provider side himself and does not outsource the work.

The delivery report is written by the same person: how each integration was set up, why each setting was chosen and what the test order showed. The report stays with you as the store's technical documentation.

// When is it not needed?

For a business with a handful of orders a month and a single product, a full store setup may be unnecessary; a payment link with a simple order form is cheaper and we say so in the pre-check. If marketplaces are the main channel and the site is only a showcase, pointing to the marketplace may be enough; we do not sell a setup you do not need.

If the store's problem is design or conversion rate, this service is not the answer; for that we point you to web design.

For the store's speed see speed and performance optimization, and for protecting order data see backup and restore. Store needs that off-the-shelf plugins cannot meet are covered under custom development and integrations. WooCommerce's official getting started documentation explains what the base settings mean and in which order they are made.

// Frequently Asked Questions

We integrate all the commonly used payment gateways and bank virtual POS systems. When choosing, we give independent advice based on commission rate, instalment support and integration quality. The contract is signed in your name; we only build the technical connection and test it on the provider's side.

Yes. An Excel or CSV list is converted to the standard template and imported with variations, stock, prices and images; up to 500 products are included in the setup project. If images are delivered in a separate folder they are matched to products. After import, 20 random products are checked by hand and the result is written in the report.

Rules are set by weight, volume, region or cart total; campaign rules such as "free shipping above X" are added too. Where a carrier integration exists, live rates are pulled directly. During setup the calculation is tested with different carts and the results are delivered as a table, so a wrong rule never turns into a shipping loss.

If your e-invoicing provider offers a WooCommerce plugin, the invoice is issued automatically when an order completes; we do the setup. If a provider has not been chosen yet, we present the options side by side in the pre-check. The invoicing setting is tested together with the test order, and the trial invoice is shown in the report and then cancelled.

Yes, that is exactly what the monthly support plan is for. One-off interventions are also possible; for problems that break the order flow we work with a root-cause report. If the problem keeps recurring, the monthly plan is cheaper and we tell you so at the first intervention; the decision is yours.

WooCommerce updates can conflict with payment and shipping plugins; that is why on monthly support every update is tried on staging first and pushed live only after a successful test order. A backup is taken before each update. No store on monthly support has lost an order to an update to date, and that record can be traced in the reports.
