Corporate Website Design: Fast, Secure and SEO-Ready

kimlik | hizmet | referans | iletişim
✓ Brand and conversion balance struck

A corporate website is the design and launch of a site that presents your company, services and references, loads fast, works on mobile and is ready for search engines. Original design, content structure, a content management system, SSL, basic SEO setup and 12 months of post-launch support are all in scope. The goal is for a visitor to understand what you do within 5 seconds and get in touch.

// Who is a corporate website for?

A corporate website is for companies with no site, a site that breaks on mobile, or a new brand identity. A corporate site is not a brochure; it is a sales tool where a customer arrives from a search engine, finds the service, sees the references and fills in a form, and that flow is planned before any design. If any of the following sounds familiar, you are on the right page.

  • The site was last updated more than 3 years ago and does not display properly on mobile
  • The brand identity was refreshed but the site still carries the old logo and colours
  • There are no service pages, or everything is squeezed onto one page
  • You pay someone every time the site needs updating

We follow the same process for a single-location firm and a multi-location company; only the page count and language options change.

// What is included and what is not

The project is a one-off design and launch job; post-launch maintenance is offered as a separate plan. The table below lists what a standard project includes and what stays outside, line by line. You supply the copy or content writing is planned separately; if imagery and a logo do not exist, the design team quotes for them separately, and that boundary is written in the quote.

WorkStandard project
Scoping call and sitemapIncluded
Original design (no ready-made template), 2 revision roundsIncluded
8 to 15 pages: home, services, about, references, contact, blogIncluded
Mobile, tablet and desktop compatibilityIncluded
Content management system (WordPress) and 1-hour trainingIncluded
SSL, security settings and backup setup; contact form, map and WhatsAppIncluded
Basic SEO: titles, meta, schema, sitemap, Search ConsoleIncluded
Speed optimization (mobile PageSpeed target above 85)Included
12 months of post-launch bug fixingIncluded
Copywriting and professional photographyPriced separately
Logo and brand identity designPriced separately
Domain, hosting and email subscription feesExcluded

If you need online sales, an e-commerce website is a separate project; for a single campaign page, a landing page fits better.

// How does it work and how long does it take?

A typical corporate site launches within 4 to 6 weeks; the duration depends on page count and when the content is delivered. Coding does not start until the design is approved, so revisions do not create cost later. Bug fixing is free for 12 months after launch and that guarantee is written in the quote.

01

Scope and sitemap (1 week)

Target customer, services, competitor sites and content inventory are documented; the sitemap is approved

02

Design (1 to 2 weeks)

The home page and one inner page are designed and approved through 2 revision rounds; the remaining pages follow the same language

03

Build and content entry (1 to 2 weeks)

The design is built in the CMS, content placed, forms and integrations set up

04

Testing and launch (3 to 5 days)

Mobile, speed, form and browser tests are run; SEO setup completed and the site launched

05

Training and handover (1 day)

CMS training is given; access details and technical documentation handed over

// How is the price determined?

Three variables set the price: number of pages, number of languages and special functions (multiple locations, careers module, member area). An 8-page single-language site and a 30-page trilingual site with a careers module do not carry the same workload, so we quote from the scoping call rather than a fixed list. The call is free and the quote is fixed once the sitemap is approved.

If the scope changes during the project, extra work is added with written approval; the price never rises without it. Payment is split into three stages: start, design approval and launch. Source files and access details are handed over at launch.

// Results we have delivered

The three cases below represent different corporate needs. We do not share client names without permission, so sector and scale are given instead; figures come from analytics and form records measured 3 months after launch. All three sites were designed by Zep Bilisim and tracked under the 12-month post-launch support.

  • Engineering firm, 12 pages — A site from 2016 was rebuilt; mobile PageSpeed rose from 34 to 92 and monthly form enquiries from 4 to 17
  • Law firm, 3 languages, 24 pages — Every service got its own page and the language structure was set up; within 6 months 9 service pages reached page one on Google
  • Logistics company, 5 locations — Location pages and a quote form were built; 41 quote requests arrived in the first 90 days after launch
A corporate site is the company's most-visited office. An office that keeps visitors waiting at the door and never says what you do wins no customers.

// The team behind the work

The project is led by Caner Zep Çelik, founder of Zep Bilisim. As founder and technical consultant he has worked on web design, WordPress development and search visibility since 2020 and has been involved in more than 100 projects. He builds the sitemap, the technical infrastructure and the SEO setup himself and works alongside the design team on the visuals.

The handover document is written by the same person: access details, CMS use, which plugin is installed for what, where the backup is and how updates are done. The document lets another team take over the site if you ever work with someone else.

// When is it not needed?

If your current site works properly on mobile, loads in under 3 seconds and only needs a few text or image updates, a new site is unnecessary; we say so plainly in the scoping call and recommend a small edit instead. If the site is for a single campaign or event, a one-page solution is cheaper than a corporate site and we set that order accordingly.

If the problem is not design but invisibility on Google, an SEO audit comes first; rebuilding the site alone does not bring rankings.

Google's SEO starter guide explains from the official source the basic steps a new site needs to be search-engine ready; our handover checklist is aligned with it.

// Frequently Asked Questions

Original design. Page structure, colour, typography and visual language are drawn for your brand; we do not buy a theme and swap the logo. WordPress is used as the platform, but the design is yours alone and appears on no other site. Design files are handed over at launch so you can develop the site with another team later.

Both are possible. If you have existing copy it is edited and placed according to the sitemap; that is included. If there is no copy or it needs rewriting, copywriting is priced per page and written to search data. Which page is missing which text is listed in the scoping call; the decision is yours.

Yes. Text, images, services and blog posts are managed from the CMS; a 1-hour training session is given at handover along with a CMS guide. Page templates are built with locked areas so you can change content without breaking the design. If a technical change is needed, you reach us under the 12-month support.

For 12 months, faults that stop the site working are fixed free of charge: a form not sending, layout breaking, update-related problems. New page design, new functions and content additions are outside support and quoted separately. For regular updates and backups a monthly maintenance plan is recommended separately.

Basic SEO setup is done at handover: titles, meta descriptions, schema, sitemap, Search Console registration and speed optimization. That setup ensures the site is crawled and indexed; ranking for competitive searches needs continuous content and authority work. We keep the two separate and promise no rankings; the SEO service is planned separately.

A typical project is 4 to 6 weeks; the timing depends most on when the content is delivered. We start within 1 week of the scoping call. If design approval and content delivery wait on your side the timeline extends, so every stage's date is written in the project plan and weekly progress is sent to you.
