Generative Engine Optimization is for businesses in sectors where customers research with AI: B2B services, software, consulting, healthcare, education, technical products. Generative engines do not show a single page; they combine several sources and write an answer, and if you are not among the sources you are not in the answer and the customer never sees you. // How is the price determined?

Three variables set the price: number of questions and platforms tracked, number of pages restructured and whether original data content is needed. A consultancy starting with 30 questions and 10 pages and a software brand with 150 questions and 60 pages do not carry the same workload, so we quote from the GEO scan rather than a fixed list. The scan is free and the quote is fixed once it is done.

Monthly tracking has no contract. In the Zep Bilisim AI plan the GEO scan and access configuration are included; page restructuring and original data production are shown separately.

// The team behind the work

The work is carried out by Caner Zep Çelik, founder of Zep Bilisim. As founder and technical consultant he has worked on search visibility, content structure and web infrastructure since 2020 and has been involved in more than 100 projects. He runs the GEO scan, the access configuration and the restructuring himself and does not outsource the work.

The monthly report is written by the same person: which platform cited which of your pages for which question, which sources competitors were chosen for, and which content is added next month. The report stays with you as the record of generative AI visibility.

// When is it not needed?

If customers in your sector do not research with AI, for example in purely urgent and local needs, the return is limited; we say so plainly in the scan and point you to local SEO. If the site is invisible on Google, generative engines cannot find it either; a classic ranking foundation comes first and we set that order accordingly.

If the site has no original information worth citing, restructuring is not enough; content is produced first, and that order is written too.

No. AEO aims to win the direct answer box, voice assistant answer and "People also ask" box for a single question; GEO aims to be among the sources of the long answer that engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity generate. The methods overlap, but measurement and priorities differ. The scan states with reasons which one your sector needs first.

Usually one of four reasons: bots cannot reach your site, the page lacks a clear definition and data, brand and author information is inconsistent, or the competitor's page is easier to cite. The GEO scan shows question by question which reason dominates; why each question was lost is reported next to the competitor's source and the fix order is set from that.

llms.txt is a summary and content map of your site prepared for AI systems; it lists in plain text what each page covers. Not every platform reads it yet, but it eases access and content discovery at low cost. It is prepared in the access step, published alongside robots.txt and updated as content changes.

Figures and comparisons that exist nowhere else and belong to your sector: anonymized statistics from customer data, price ranges, duration tables, your own measurements. Generative engines prefer to cite original data because they cannot get it elsewhere. The initial project recommends which data could be produced; production is priced separately and the decision is yours.

Access fixes take effect within 2 to 4 weeks; content structure and original data take 4 to 10 weeks. Perplexity updates fastest, ChatGPT slowest. The monthly report tracks source citation rate per question; the target for the first 3 months is written in the quote after the scan and progress is shown in every report.
